Funny thing happen on the way to work...

Every once in a while you see something that deserves documentation, if for no other reason that it gave you a good chuckle.

So, here I am in the middle of the morning rush... kinda mid stream... And we hit a red light. It just so happened that the first three vehicles at the light were 1) a big bottom dumper tractor/trailer used in nearby road construction 2) a semi moving van, and 3) a low-boy rig hauling a big earth mover. Three lanes, three trucks. Well it doesn't take much imagination to figure out what happened when the light turned green... And it happened slowly. I think it can best be compared to starting line of a snail race. The sense of impatience from the trailing vehicles was palpable. You could almost see cartoon bubbles emblazened with "!#*!#%^!!" over the cars .

Oh, just to make things interesting, the stoplight was just before a hill.
